-One fixed fee ($350 - $1000) based on shape, style, size of garage design.
**Pole Barn design is fixed at ($600.00) if we determine engineering is required - that will be done at an additional fee**

-Unlimited changes & revisions throughout the design process – No Surprises.
It’s cheaper to make changes on paper then it is on-site. 

-2 free of charge in-office meetings. We sit down together with you and discuss the design and make any necessary revisions on our computer right before your ideas. (Any additional meetings are at an additional charge) 

-All plans are completed in compliance with the Ontario Building code, stamped and certified for building permit with our Bcin.
(This is a guarantee that you receive your building permit anywhere in Ontario)

-Custom Design any garage you want from magazines, pictures and internet, and past designs 

-Provide additional optional concepts, layouts and ideas to help you with your design.

-5 copies of the final garage plans included 

-Email Designs for faster approvals by clients and faster turn around time during revision stage. (Click here for “Design Process"). You can zoom in, save, -print, forward them to clients, friends & family as often as you wish. 

-Detailed CAD designs, cross sections and required important details 

-Free Emailed PDF copy of final plans - used for quick and easy sub-trade pricing.
