We are all about the client getting the dream home they’ve always wanted.
We feel that we share this same goal with residential builders. When we team up with builders across Southern Ontario and abroad, it benefits us but also benefits the builder. The builder receives affordable Ontario House plans that work, with quick turn around time & great customer service.
Whether you’re a builder, developer, in need of only a single model home design or a subdivision full of custom homes, we know we can help.
Included with our builder's home design is: ( We provide this service for all home builders in Ontario)
- One fixed Builder’s fee based on overall heated square footage of the home and volume of homes. Complexity, shape, style , size has no bearing on the cost for a set of home plans. It’s one flat flee – no matter what type of home you will be building. (Attached garages are free and included with price)
-3 in-office meetings, including the initial consultation. We sit down together with you and your clients (either at our office or yours) and discuss the design and make any necessary revisions on our computer right before your eyes.
-All plans are completed in compliance with the Ontario Building code, stamped and certified for building permit with our BCIN.
(This is a guarantee that you receive your building permit.)
-Custom Design any home you want from magazines, pictures, sketches, internet, and past housedesigns
-Provide additional optional concepts, layouts and ideas to help you with your design.
-5 copies of the house plans included
-Email or Fax Preliminary designs for faster approvals (Click here for “Design Process"). You can zoom in, save, print, forward them to clients, friends & family as often as you wish.
-Detailed CAD designs, cross sections and required important details
-Free emailed PDF of final plans - used for quick and easy sub-trade pricing.
Building the same house more then once? We discount every plans after the orginal design.
