$3.50 per 24"x36" sheet / $2.00 per 18"x24" sheet

-CD Hard Copy: – (Cad files of your completed design on burned on DVD)

$400.00 - Call for details. We can take care of obtaining all necessary details & seals from lumber/truss company. Included is engineered & sealed truss details, wood joists, beam layouts & complete material lists

-Concept Plan
This is a basic custom floor plan & front elevation. Great for seeing if the plan you want fits your lot, applying for variance or if you want to see an idea before deciding to build or not.
