Included with all our addition & renovation design service is as follows:

Fixed Design Fees ranges between $1,000 min - $3,500 max.

Fee are determined after discussion with client or visit on to site and is soley based on size, structure and complexity of addition design. All projects are one flat fee in the range above with unlimited changes and revisions.

We design all types of additions & renovations: bonus rooms in attic, granny suites, new second floor, layout conversions, exterior & facelift makeovers, total complete home makeovers, adding more living space, new foundations, converting garages into living spaces and so much more.

-We come and visit you on-site and discuss options, ideas and problems you may or may-not have with your addition / renovation. We take into account your site, zoning, and useable space. (Click here for "House Design Process")

-Three in-office meetings including the initial consultation. We sit down together and discuss the design and make any necessary revisions on our CAD right before your eyes. (Any additional meetings are at an additional charge)

-Unlimited Changes & Revisions through out the design process - No surprises.  We do not limit the amount of changes you make to the design.

-Email or Fax preliminary designs for faster approvals by clients and faster turn around time during revision stage. You can zoom in, save, print, forward them to friends & family as often as you wish.

-5 copies of detailed CAD designs, cross sections and required important details.(See "What's In Our House Plans")

-All addition plans are completed in compliance with the Ontario Building code, stamped and certified for building permit with our BCIN. (This is a guarantee that you will recieve your building permit)

-Emailed PDF copy of final addition house plans - used for quick and easy sub-trade pricing.

-Our CAD drawn home plans are accurate & affordable and have been highly respected by local building departments and referred countless suppliers and trades.

Projects outside of the Niagara/Haldimand/Hamilton regions can and have been done without any on-site meeting by the use of emails and digital pictures. This way we can serve all of Ontario. Call to discuss.
