Our House Plans - It's the details that matter!
For nearly 30 years our Canadian house plans have been "highly" praised by building departments and referred by countless house builders & sub-trades.
All our custom house plans are created using CAD - creating clean, accurate, "buildable" documents.
All our house plans are designed to meet or exceed the current Ontario Building code laws.
Listed below is a basic description of each page in a “set” of house plans you will receive from Rijus Home Design when you use our service.
As well as assiting you with design and layout possibilities for all interior & exterior elements, we also design and stamp all structural components for the house with our BCIN number. No need to go anywhere else.
