Free Pdf Copies:

Upon completion of final construction plans, we will also email a free copy of the final plans in Pdf or Jpeg format. This is very helpful, as you can use these documents to assist in getting quotes. It speeds up the quoting stage - now you can just email your plans to sub-trades, builders & suppliers and you don't have to drive and drop them off. This is included with all custom new home designs, additions and garages.

(Construction Plans can also be copied on DVD for a small fee - call for details)

Shipping:

If needed, Ground shipping is included free on all our designs. We will ship our plans for free to anywhere in Ontario, Canada. Please allow 2-3 days for shipping, and if you require "next day" delivery - please call us.
