• One fixed fee based on overall heated square footage of your home, depending of the complexity, shape, style and size of home. (Attached garages are free and included with price)

• Unlimited changes & revisions – No Suprises. It's cheaper to make changes on paper than it is on-site.
• Three free of charge in-office meetings, including the initial consultation. We sit down together and discuss the design and make any necessary revisions on our computer right before your eyes. (Any additional meetings are at an additional charge)
• All plans are completed in compliance with the Ontario Building code, stamped and certified for building permit with our BCIN.

• Custom Design any home you want from magazines, pictures and the internet.
• Provide additional optional concepts, layouts and ideas to help you with your design.
• "FAST" turn around on final set of plans to prepare for building permit.
• Email or Fax Preliminary designs for faster approvals by clients and faster turn around time during revision stage. (Click here for "Design Process") You can zoom in, save, print, forward them to friends & family as often as you wish.
• 5 copies of detailed CAD designs, cross sections and required important details.

• Free Emailed .pdf copy of final plans - used for quick and easy sub-trade pricing.
• We design all types of new custom homes: Storey & 1/2, Bungalows, Two Storeys, Raised Bungalows, Back-splits, and Side-splits - including any architectural style.
• Our CAD draw plans are accurate & affordable and have been highly respected by local building departments and referred countless suppliers and trades.
• We provide this design service for all of Canada.
• Simple 3D view of floor plan/layout(without roof) - during revision stage.
