Complexity, shape, style , size has no bearing on the cost for a set of plans.   It’s one flat flee for you , the builder – no matter what type of home you will be building. • Unlimited changes & revisions – No Surprises. It’s cheaper to make changes on paper then it is on-site
• 2 free of charge in-office meetings (not including initial consultation) We sit down together with you and your clients and discuss the design and make any necessary revisions on our computer right before your ideas.

• All plans are completed in compliance with the Ontario Building code, stamped and certified for building permit with our Bcin.
